| Yes live at the Rainbow Theatre on 15 December 1972. This highly musically talented Progressive Rock band is worth the lengthy gander and listening throughout. In the line-up is Rick Wakeman, nicknamed the 'keyboard wizard' by Yes and hailed a keyboard genius by the BBC. Rick shows his remarkable talent when he shows an excerpt for his then own forthcoming album: The Six Wives of Henry VIII. In this all inspiring excerpt, you shall see him playing a plethora keyboards with his two hands. No orchestra, just his genius use of the electronic keyboards he had available at the time, i.e., Moog synthesizer. Given the technology in 1972 at that time, just how futuristic Rick were. |
